I must say, though the session was virtual, it never felt so. He kept us engaged throughout the session as if it was being physical.  Unlike most training sessions where they use powerpoint slides to showcase the materials, here Suresh made use of white boards and breakout rooms (kind of old school type) but this is what was true essence of this training.
