“ I ’m an Agile strategist, Scrum trainer, coffee lover, tennis champ, and a passionate mentor. Every part of who I am fuels my approach to work and life. ”

My Journey

When I attended the Certified Scrum Master workshop in 2012, I was introduced to the Scrum values—Commitment, Focus, Openness, Respect, and Courage. I realized that I didn’t learn anything new, as I had been deeply aligned with these values for a long time. This was my aha moment, demonstrating that the greatest lessons often emerge from the simplest things in life. It made me realize that I could help others discover their own aha moments and connect deeply with their purpose. Ever since, there is no looking back.

In my 27+ years of experience in both IT and non-IT industries, I’ve specialized in Organizational Transformation, Agile Coaching, and providing practical, actionable solutions to businesses worldwide. Over the years, I’ve coached and mentored over 25,000 professionals, helping them embrace Agile practices with measurable results.

A Tale of Innovation: The Flashmob Sprint

In 2017, during a CSM workshop at Hotel Westin in Hyderabad while co-training with one of my greatest mentors – Maria Matarelli – I had a lightbulb moment. What if we used Scrum to organize a flash mob as a surprise? And how about performing the flash mob in a leadership workshop next door? With just two sprints of 15 mins each, we brainstormed, scripted, choreographed, and rehearsed a flashmob dance with a group of 20 enthusiastic students. The result? A performance that surprised and delighted everyone, showcasing how Agile can bring even the most creative ideas to life.

My Other Side

Life isn’t all work. Here’s a glimpse into what keeps me going beyond the professional sphere:

  • Tennis Enthusiast
Whether on the court or in the classroom, I believe in strategy, focus, and continuous practice. Tennis is my go-to for staying sharp and energized.
  • Coffee Lover
A cup of coffee fuels my mornings and sparks creative ideas. From crafting content to coaching sessions, it’s my constant companion.
  • Traveler & Storyteller
Exploring new places inspires me to see the world from different perspectives—much like coaching does.
  • Writer & Book Author
Writing is my way of reflecting on experiences and sharing actionable insights. My book, AGILE51 SUCCESS FACTORS, is a culmination of my years of experience, designed to bridge the gap between theory and practice.
